Generate a 2-dimensional, \(i_{\mathrm{max}}\times i_{\mathrm{max}}\) grid of nanotube properties.

The property grid is indexed by \((n, m)\) chiralities for \(0\le n\le i_{\mathrm{max}}\) and \(0\le m\le i_{\mathrm{max}}\).
